    I was sleeved on 7/23!! Doing very well, getting in my fluids and my protein ok for now!! I do have a question, I'm having a hard time telling when I'm full, and feel sometimes one more bite makes me feel STUFFED is this normal?

    I'm still in the puréed stage of my diet as I am one week post op. is it ok for us to have sugar free ice cream. My hubby bought it for me with some sugar free caramel, is this something I should avoid?
