  1. I had surgery in February and haven't really been hungry since then. I do try and eat at regular times. The worst thing though is situational hunger: I watch tv and think, "I should snack on something." But I also try and drink a lot of Water, that certainly helps.
  2. I had the surgey in February and have lost weight pretty quickly, but every now and then I plateau. Just stay the same weight for 2-3 weeks and then start losing again. I think it's just the body getting used to things..
