  1. I had the same problem with protein drinks. I have found Premier Protein chocolate to be,delicious. It tastes just like a rich chocolate milk and had 30 grams of protein.
  2. When you are in the hospital, they pump you full of fluids. Which causes weight gain. They also pump gas in your abdomen during surgery. This all adds weight. It took me a couple of days when I got home, but it did come off.
  3. My doctor said it is NEVER normal to vomit repeatedly and not be able to keep liquids down. I hope you called your dr.
  4. I am 12 days out from surgery. Only lost 8 pounds and gained back 2 this morning! I am only drinking around 600 calories per day: 60 grams of protein, no more than 30 carbs. I am very down..... What am I doing wrong?????
