  1. It gets frustrating, but we can do it!! No way we're going through all of this for nothing right!
  2. I can't seem to gain control if the air either, if that is even possible. I am eating the right foods, just not enough. I find that if I focus on "protein" I eat the right foods
  3. I'm certain I am not. It's so difficult trying to get that much but I will start aiming for the 550. Thats a little less intimidating. Thanks!
  4. I am 4 weeks post surgery and a bit miserable. My weight lost is steady. I'm guessing I'm down about 18 pounds. I'm excited but no mood to celebrate. I am extremely fatigued and having difficulty eating soft food. My caloric intake is no more than 400 a day. I feel miserable eating. It feels like I swallow more air pockets than anything. Anyone out there having similar problems? Any suggestions? I also had a hiatal hernia repair. I'm wondering if that is causing me so much discomfort
