  1. I recently had a consult with my doctor. He told the the amount of weight he could help me lose. Is that number realistic even though its an estimate based on BMI or can you actually lose more? I "read" total amount lost is dependent on many variables.
  2. That's truly interesting! I wonder how much else they keep "off the record".
  3. I don't see anything wrong with that. I kinda look at it as what would be the alternative. Cookies, candy? The fact that you're asking seems your heads at least in the right place.
