I am looking to be healthier and, perhaps, to live long enough to see my youngest grandchild "launched" in whatever way she chooses to launch. She is 6 and I am 63. I am diabetic, have high blood pressure, have hypothyroidism, and I stand 4' 11". It will be a slow weight loss, but the health benefits should happen fairly quickly.
My surgery is September 13th. Perhaps we could all be buddies? The time feels like it is going by so slowly but I know my pre-op diet will be here soon. I have altered my eating getting ready so I am not giving up sugar and caffeine at the same time. I am mostly looking to be healthier and being thinner will be an added bonus. Here's to all of us September Sleevers!
My surgery will be September 15th. Not nervous yet, but trying out the post-op diet to see how it goes. I am in San Diego and have chosen to go to Tijuana for the surgery.
