  1. not big on posting but want to encourage others Dr said I should lose around 100lbs in 5 months Lost 100lbs in just under 4 months Surgery was june 9th at 321lbs , todays weight was 221lbs Granted todays weight was after my walk and skipping Breakfast and I was "commando" 3month stall was a killer , didn't lose anything for 2 weeks After the 3month stall ( hits everyone it seems ) I jacked up the Protein and cut out carbs Lot's of hard boiled eggs and chicken breast Now don't think I didn't cheat from time to time on my diet Sometimes after a week of salad I couldn't eat rabbit food anymore and had to have a burger Wasn't McD's or Burger King , went to the super market and bought lean ground And I didn't over do it , hey we all deserve a treat , just not over indulging Funny everyone asks if I feel different and truth is no....not really To be honest I just don't really feel different But it is almost time to buy new clothes cause the one's I have now just look funny hanging off me Hey it worked , just exercise and follow the diet as best you can and you'll see it work for you also
  2. your not the only one I hate to even tell you all how bad I cheated in the beginning within the first 10 days I was eating hard boiled eggs and tuna 14 days in I was eating salad and a turkey wrap I was so worried and still am to some extent I have never once vomited since the surgery but more than once have overeaten For me the surgery hasn't removed my appetite Now I find it's all portion control That and I completely cut sugar out of my diet No more sugar in my coffee , no more soda , Cookies , ice cream etc There's still sugar in everything but I'm very conscience of what I'm putting in now Small meals , really is all I'm able to get down BUT the good news is the weight has come off , not as fast or as dramatic as I would like Surgery was June 9th and my weight was 308 3 days shy of 3 months and I'm down to 250 When I say not dramatic I'm a man that looked 9 month pregnant I had ( and still do ) a HUGE belly The weight I've lost seems to have mostly come off my rear end Not really where I needed to lose so much I have a feeling I'm at that 3 month stall I've read so much about So don't feel alone or to worried In my case I was bound to lose weight being the size of meals I can eat and cutting out the sugar
