Hi Andrew, What process did you follow to claim $1036 from AB Health? I spoke to them the other day and became very frustrated. Was told to send in my receipts, but they'd only give me $50 for the surgeon's time. There's got to be more to it than just $50?? Did you have special forms to complete? A note from Dr. C? Any info you have to share is most appreciated. By the way, was banded Nov 22/07 by Dr. Mumford. Those folks out there are amazing. Appreciate your help, once again, Andrew....

Hi Andrew, Just wanted to says thanks so very much again for all your help and info. I contacted the Toronto clinic and.....well....I'm scheduled to be banded Nov 22. This is so amazing. How did you connect with Dr. Coburn in Toronto?? I think I'd like to pursue that avenue, rather than wait for it in Calgary. Any help is most appreciated. Thanks.....
