  1. Thank you for your feedback. It makes me feel better that this is somewhat "normal" I go to dr for my follow up on Wednesday. I will try little something for blood sugar before then.

  4. I had my lap band surger 7-7-14 and am feeling good other than getting lightheaded and dizzy. On day 5 is when it was the worst. It started while I was sleeping and rolled over and the room was seriously spinning, I had to hold on to something because it felt so strong. Then anytime I would move my head with my eyes closed. Then I noticed when I tried bending over and washing my hair and that was impossible. I now feel very little pain and am having no problems with food stages but I feel crappy with a foggy head and the dizziness and lightheaded feeling. Has anyone experienced this? Any tips on how to stop it?
