  2. Well It hasn't been much of a diet...LOL. The office said just don't gain any weight and if you could lose about 20 pounds it would really help prepare my body for surgery. This is part of BCBS requirement for my surgery. But my husband works for GE Healthcare so the plan seems to be different than others. There are only 2 hospitals in the whole state of Texas they will approve the surgery at... amazingly they are right down the road. I'm sorry I don't have much help to give. I am struggling myself.

  6. Glad to see what others are going thru and have experienced! I am new here and I just completed my 3 month check-in for my 7 month medically supervised diet. My last appt is the first week of November so I am hoping to be sleeved by the end of the year. I have BCBS of Alabama. I have already meet with a dietician and had my psych eval.
