  1. Toy should try to eat to eat some cream of wheat or oatmeal at night like two hours before you go to bed, and trust me the next morning you'll be emptying that stomach really smooth.

Hello my name is Johann,I had my vsg surgery 19 days ago,a week after my surgery I had an internal infection,I was in the hospital for three days with antibiotic, before my two week pre op diet I was 265lbs, the day of my surgery I wad 255lbs, right now 19 days after my surgery I am 241lbs.sometimes I feel like I regret doing this surgery because I don't feel the same,I feel tired, sluggish, I want to have my normal life when I was always active, going places, working with energy.can someone please tell me if this will end or is it always going to be like this.I want tho feel energy, happiness and active.I don't want to be stress.
