  1. I take Effexor XR 75 mg capsules, and I showed them to my doctor and he told me to that I could go ahead and take them. I was banded 4 days ago and I have taken the for the passed 2 days and they go down fine.
  2. Hi Resa, We are neighbors, I am in the 909!
  3. Thanks so much to all of you for posting your updates. It has been very helpful to me (and I am sure for others), as I wait patiently for my final approval. Thanks everyone! Keep them coming.
  4. Amy, thank you so much for posting your updates and asking other to do the same, it is very helpful for those of us that are still trying to prepare for our surgeries. How much time do you think you will need before you go back to work, or to your normal daily routine? I am just curious how much time off from work people are taking.
  5. I am in La Verne, CA about 40 miles east of Downtown L.A. I am new to this site, and I am now excited to see all of the So Cal people here, I was feeling a little lonely until I found this local group. I just joined this site today, and I am enjoying all of the discussions. I am not banded yet, I am in the preliminary stages, just finished my evaluations, the Psych eval was pretty emotional for me! Now I am waiting for the final approval from my insurance company, and then I can set my band date! I am a little scared and excited at the same time!
  6. I am in Southern California, are there any others So Cal people here?
  7. Greetings everyone, I am a newbie to this site and just wanted to introduce myself. I have not been banded yet, I just finished the preliminary evaluations last Thursday and now waiting for the final approval from my insurance company. :ranger: I am a little nervous and excited at the same time. This will be my Christmas present to myself.:clap2:
