I was approved and now have a surgery date of 10/17. They submitted it back in July and it was declined due to needing one more visit with the dietician. When they resubmitted it was approved the next day! So, now just need to decide which surgery. I'm meeting with the surgeon on 9/24 so I guess it will be settled at that time. A bit nervous but also excited. Will be a new way of life.

I plan on attending.

I would like to join as well. I don't have a date for my surgery yet, I am still going through the evaluation/approval process but would like to find a group closer to where I live.
