  1. OMG, I've gotten semi stuck a few times... Little chest tightness and discomfort and then it subsides. But today I really found out (the hard way) what stuck really is...I skipped breakfast and was really hungry when lunch time came around, I dug into my broasted chicken breast and knew immediately my bite was too big and I didn't chew enough. Well I spent the next 2 hours in the bathroom sweating, chest pain, saliva building up, until finally it came up. That was 5 hours ago and I'm still weak and feel wiped out. Lesson learned, I just hope I didn't cause any damage (I'm only 10 weeks post op)
