  1. Right there with you on needing to restart. Going back in for a refill soon. I have gained about 30 ponds since December when I had to get an unfill for another surgery. Got to get back on track and it doesn't seem so hopeless knowing that others are in the same boat.
  2. Thanks for all of the advice. I am two years out from being banded and my whey allergy was discovered early in my journey but I was always able to eat cheese and most milk products until recently. Kind of struggling trying to deal with no dairy and carrying an epipen everywhere.
  3. I discovered recently that my allergy to whey protein is getting much worse. The allergy specialist told me that I really need to avoid all milk and dairy products because they contain whey. I need some advice from others who may already eat a dairy free diet successfully about what things to try.
