  1. Thats great. Thanks Curvy.
  2. Thanks for the info queenie. I' ll make half sit-ups. My doc said that some movements might cause Hiatal Hernia but i don't really remember what exactly he said. I cant reach him right now cuz hes abroad, guess i'll start with light workout schedule and stop if my body hurts like you said.
  3. Hi, it's been 5 months after my vsg surgery and i want to start workout. Is it safe to start body building now? Should i avoid any movements and is it safe to make about 200 sit-ups everyday ?. Thanks.
  4. First of all, this was the biggest question of mine about vsg so thanks for the topic and i want to thank Tiffykins for the pictures she posted. As far as i understood from the pictures (please correct me if im wrong), the staple line is covered by a tissue. So does it means, even if few staples come off there will be no leak because its already covered by a tissue? Am i right about this? Also the tissue around staples seems pretty thin. does it get thicker? I know these questions have to be asked to surgeons, not sleevers but anyone might know the answers so thanks in advance. Best wishes from Turkey.
