  1. Hi everybody, I was banded on 10/3 and the advice I received was that I was to go on to a liquid diet for the next four weeks. This however is not as stringent as I initially thought a liquid diet would be. I am allowed to eat jelly, custard and yoghurt all in their low fat low sugar forms of course. How much diversity in diet is being recommended in your programs over in your parts of the world compared to mine here in Australia? On another point, how are you feeling now? Is your stomach still tender? My arms and legs were very sore for the first two days out of surgery. Could it have been the anaesthetic?
