  1. I had surgery over 18 months ago and still have a problem with gas. I just started a new job and sometimes I am scared to eat lunch because of issue. Lol!!
  2. Taking your daily supplement is also very important and getting in your protein.
  3. I had surgery 04/2014 and my energy level was low for around 3-4 months. Once I started exercising on a regular basis I became more energetic. I'm amazed at the amount of energy I now have. It will get better I promise you. I started with a 30 minute walk 3-4 times a week. Today I get 8000-10000 steps in 5days a week, 45 minutes of cycling 2x wk, Les Mill Body Pump 1hr 2x wk and also tried to squeeze in fitness boot camp 1-2 days a week depend on how my body feels.
