  1. Sleeved on the 7th and lost 14lbs but also nothing the last couple days . How long did your doctors tell you guys to wait before exercising ? Trying not to get discouraged . I'm on the purée diet and I just can't do it . Liquid tuna chicken and turkey just really turn me off. Anyone have any suggestions ?! I'm still on creams soups but I have been tending to eat the chunks in the soups and not straining then (I'm bad)
  2. I was sleeved 7/14. I gained weight too. Just yesterday i started losing. It was day 5. So weird I know. You are still swollen and have inflammation and fluid in your body from the surgery . Doc told me you have that for atleast a week so don't be discouraged ! That really adds pounds !
  3. Hey guys , sleeved on July 7th and pain is much less but still a little sore on the right side. I'm a little nervous bc I am eating the cream soup atleast 3/4 times a day and that may be too much . It's over 1/3 a cup . I just don't want my stomach to stretch or gain any weight but it's the one thing I enjoy. I like the Popsicles too. i get full easy but then i wanna taste food a little later on . maybe im bored. Anyone else nervous they maybe be eating more than they should ?
  4. Hey there ! Just had my sleeve this past Monday (July 7th) feeling glad that's it's all over but i am still sore and having some anxiety. It's just that I am such a food lover , and even though I'm not hungry I'm already thinking about what food I'm gonna have when I can actually eat again ( which is obviously contradicting the whole point of my surgery ) anyone have any advice ? Now that I know it's permanent I'm just getting some jitters ! I have a long journey still ahead of me !
  5. Hey ! I'm an RN , I currently work at a nursing home near Philly . Getting the sleeve on July 7th and I'm both nervous and excited ! I'm on my 3rd day of the pre op liquid diet and I'm not gonna lie I'm starving ! Advice anyone ? Also have some pre op jitters . My goal is to lose 100lbs and a lot of people say with the sleeve they have only lost up to 50. I hope I've made the right choice !
