Thanks. Now I know why I am not losing faster. I am happy that I lost weight. Would like to lose more but like you guys, I believe my age is a factor.....

From my experience having had RNY myself, It is better to get an appointment when your six months is up. Your Insurance may change the requirements. Waiting will get you caught up in the changes from six months to a year. BCBS feel as though we are having bypass in a higher number. You might find yourself on hold. If you are approve do not try to delay. Your job will still be their when you get healthy mine was.
