  1. I have surgery July 11, start the liquid phase June 26. I'm having more anxiety about the pre-op diet than the surgery itself. I have done research, research and more research. I'm collecting samples of a variety of proteins as I'm told my taste will change. I've also stocked up on multi-vitamins, B12 and Calcium Citrate. As this is my last week before liquids I am trying to eat one meal a day and supplement with liquids so next week won't seem so drastic, but my "head"is already sending the negative messages about failure. Any advice or experiences much appreciated!
  2. My surgery is July 11. Mixed bag of emotions but overall excited about a new me!
