    I was banded the 16 th of July and flew to Cancun the 5th of August. I had no problems coming or going.

    Had my surgery the 16th of July. I did great on post op and had my first fill the 13 th of August. So far I've lost 24 pounds. Can't wait until I reach the green zone. I still get hungry, but push myself thru it. Watching what I eat and have cut out the sweets for sure. So happy I decided to have this surgery.

    July 16th .....in Dallas . I need suggestions for food to eat on pre op and post op. I've researched this without any real luck, so those of you that have been thru it, I'd appreciate anything you could share. I started my pre op diet 3 days ago and I need something to spice it up a bit.

    Having my banding the 16 th of July. On the third day of my pre-op diet. Will be glad when the day arrives for surgery. Continued good luck with your progress.
