3 Months will fly by!! I just started my 6 months of supervised weight loss, THAT feels like it wll take forever. What is your pre op diet like?

My 6 month supervised diet is required for insurance authorization. There is no diet requirement from my surgeon besides the 2-week pre-op diet.

I am 6 months from my VGS surgery, and wondering if anyone else is in the same boat and wants a diet buddy?? I would really like to lose weight before surgery, but it can be hard to get on track without someone to be accountable to.

Hello! I will be 23 this summer, I am currently doing 6 months of doctor supervision that is required by my insurance before I can have LB surgery. I would love to meet some people around my age to chat with/share ideas with!

Did anyone have certain guidelines to meet before getting approval for lap band surgery? I had my appointment with my surgeon and was ready to go, but my insurance requires 6 months of seeing a physician for review before approval -- So frustrating. I have gained 5lbs since my appointment a month ago. Feeling discouraged
