  1. I have been banded sense July 6 2005 and have lost 45 pounds, I have been down more but back up again. My problem is that my fills are strange. I have to drive 3 1/2 hours one way for a fill and half the time I am there for unfills. For some strange reason my band closes off on me. It gets to the point that I can not swallow my own spit. So I get an unfill then I am to loose so I go back and get a small fill then in about 6 months I am closed off again. I have a great doctor but he is not sure why this happens, I have gained 20 pounds because I am scared to get another fill. Has this happened to anyone else??????? I would love some in put. Thank you:help:
