I also had surgery on Friday, that included a very large hiatal hernia. I have been a lot of pain also. Today was the first day that I feel like I got anything down and that was just a premier shake and it has taken me most the day. Still can't do water but crave it constantly. Hang in there I can't tell mine is slowly getting better and yes walking is helping.

Had surgery on the 22nd was given a patch and I have had no nausea.

Thanks for the responses. I did have a very large hiatal hernia and I was told it would be very painful and so far I have to say it has been. I was have several c section and other surgeries and have a high pain threshold but this has been very difficult.

Was sleeved and had hiatal hernia repaired yesterday. Feel like I can't swallow very well any liquids. Anyone else have this?

Yes still scheduled for the 22nd. Started preop diet today it kinda sucks. But am looking forward to next week.

Live in Idaho but getting sleeved in SLC. Looking for encouragement. How did all of your experiences go?
