  2. I'm looking for someone to talk to in my area - Western Washington state. I am not even sure what questions to ask - why do I see so many references to Mexico? What about costs? Who is good up here in the Pacific Northwest, or should I forget about it because of costs? Any info would be great help. Totally confused and worried, here.
