I received a teddy bear from Cleveland Clinic. It was a called a "cough teddy bear" it was very hard, so when I needed to cough I would squeeze the teddy bear and it helped the pain. The nurse wouldn't let me get discharged until I had a productive cough.

Does everyone take vitamins? I haven't taken any vitamins and I am not known to ever in my life. I am just wondering if any one out there does not take any vitamins too. And if you have not taken any vitamins and once you started, have you notice any difference. Which vitamins do you take?

Does the band get tighter while flying in an airplane? I am flying during the summer months and would like to know what I should do on the prior days before the flight. The plane ride will be at a duration of 7 hours from Atlanta to Portland, Oregon. Thank you for responding...

Went to the doctor and it was a cyst, the doctor removed and put a drain and should have the band-aid on for another three weeks for my next visit. All is good.

Thanks all for replying, I will make an appt first time tomorrow morning. It may be a cyst because it has gotton bigger and warm to touch. I had a hard timr sleeping on the belly last night. I'll keep you posted

Hello All, I have a lump that is right near my cleavage. It keeps on getting bigger and bigger and I do not know which doctor I should see. GYN, Derm or family practice. Has anyone had these kind of lump (its right on my breast plate) I've done some research and found out that breast cancer have a tendencies to be in the middle or towards your arm pit. But this lump is towards the middle of my chest. Please someone help me understand what it is??????????

Hello, I had the same shoulder pain too. I took about two weeks to go away. I even had a CT scan becasue I was in so much pain. You just need to walk more so the gas can escape your shoulder. I know now that it doesn't seem like there is no end but just wait alittle longer.

I have a rash on my upper thigh (where the crease between the thigh and stomach) Since I lost the weight, the extra skin is hanging on the crease of my thigh and causing a rash.
