    Hell)o, I got my surgery in Mexico due to my insurance issues (Aetna). They sent me home with stage 1 clear liquid diet no Protein just juice, broth and Water. I picked up some Isopure as I am concerned about the protein. I don't know when I should be adding my protein whey shakes a little unsure as the Mexico Surgeon did not address this in the diets. Should I be introducing non Clear liquids yet? Any suggestions?
