    Hiya Lynsay, I Get My Band Fitted On 15th Nov At Bromsgrove. I Am Constantly Thinking About Food (nothin New There Lol) But With A Bmi Of 47 Have Been Told That I Have To Lose A Stone Before The Op And Also The Week Before Go On A Milk & Yoghurt Diet. Its Going To Kill Me As I Will Be On A Shopping Break To New York 8-13 Nov With Only 1 Day To Recover From The Flight. Have You Not Been Advised To Lose Any Weight Or Go On Any Specail Diets? I Wasnt Very Pleased At The Though Of Having To Diet Before They Would Operate As Thats Why I Need The Band. Good Luck, Flatz
