  1. i had my surgery on 10/5 and was really sore and uncomfortable the first week but now my appetite is pretty normal. I cant eat as much as I used to - but Im not doing liquids anymore because the plain broth makes me kinda nauseated. im just having small bits of grilled chicken or hotdogs with no buns... a lot of water and my protein shakes. A few intermittent sugar free popsicles. Just trying to keep it low carb till I get a fill. First check up tomorrow.
  2. So.... my surgery date is Friday 10/5. I am nervous! First time getting any kind of surgery or anesthesia. Lost about 15 so far from the pre-op. Sitting at 272 right now. :-( I just want to get it over with so I can stop being anxious!
