Hello! I'm new here and am in the process of jumping through all of the required hoops for my insurance company. My approximate surgery date is between August 18-29th. This site has been amazing in the day that I have joined. I have learned so so so much and I thank you all. I have an amazing mother who will be with me during and after the surgery, but since I haven't been in Arizona very long, my best friends will be 2,000 miles away during this amazing life change. How have you been able to connect on here? Are there other sites or resources that you could recommend? What did you do to pass the time during the waiting game? Thank you all again! You're truly a blessing!

Hello! I'm in Phx as well. I'm currently jumping through all of the insurance hoops & hope to have surgery in August! Until then, I'm just trying to prepare mentally & physically. Testing protein powder & learning to chew more. Wishing you all success!
