  6. I have not told many people, my husband, children and my staff. I also have to have my Gallbladder out that is how I decided to have the surgery, my Dr said he could do both at the same time so I am trying to get everything completed in a 6 week period. I think you are doing the right thing this time around, there comes a time you have to do for your self, I am finely learning this and becoming a much happier person. If you ever need encouragement please feel free to contact me on this site or email me. I wish you much success and happiness in your journey.

  9. Hi, I am the wife of a retired Air For e officer, I live in Monument Co and am scheduled to have my surgery in July at Evans Army medical center Ft Carson Colorado Springs. I see your surgery date is coming up I would love to hear from you at least after the surgery to see how your doing. I need to lose around 160 and am very scared, don't know if I will do the sleeve or the bypas. Wishing you great success. Pam
  10. I have to make a decision on having the sleeve or the RNY, I keep going back and fourth. Has anyone already had surgery and could tell what kind and your pros and cons. Thanks Pam
  11. I just started this process, I have to have my Gallbladder out so I am trying to get into all the appointments they require. Had my first wellness, go Thursday for the Bodpod, first nutrition meeting tomorrow and I see the physcoligest twice this week. Next week just as crazy. Does anyone know Dr Mayfield? Best of luck to you all.
