  1. You follow it!!!!! Your last weigh in give yourself a pat on the back, because you should of lost 20 pounds give or take a few pounds. Then eat your big meal. I ate a footling sub. But that was it. They won't do it if if you don't lose weight before
  2. When you start loosing weight and looking good you will be mad when you don't workout. But you need to start today or you will go back to bad habits .. Good luck
  3. It's really not bad at all.. Third day you should feel waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better from day one.. Rember what you just did was a big deal..if its that bad a week after you get home then go ,untill then just relax and eat pop cycle ..hope you feel better soon

  6. It's the best thing you could ever do . It works great. The weight will come back if you eat junk food.same with all of them. You get everything you need and so will your future baby just like you would if you never had it done, you just eat very small portions now. You should do it its awesome.... When they say don't drink they are not joking.. I was a big drinker and still am but now I can't remember the night before .. Stay clear if you have a problem, you could get in lots of trouble.
