I am scheduled for surgery on Thursday 11/6. I start pre-op diet tomorrow. I went to hospital yesterday for blood work and pre-registration.

I got home on Saturday and slept so much better. Pain is better every day. I do exhausted very easily but I'm trying to get moving more and more. I have been dividing my protein shakes into 3 4oz servings which makes them more tolerable. I also got an abdominal binder which I love! -
I am on day five of my pre op diet. 3 protein shakes a day, water and chicken broth. I've lost 10 pounds since Saturday. Surgery at 730 tomorrow morning!

The countdown is here. I have to be at the hospital at 6 am for 730 surgery. I am starting to get really nervous about the surgery itself. Any words of wisdom would be great!!

@happymama2014 YAY!!! I'm excited to meet someone with the same date!! I am also set with supplies but emotionally a mess! I told my son (7) that I am having a hernia repair and told my daughter (13) the truth. I have never had surgery before so I am very nervous! Glad to meet you!!! -
