  3. I told one of my very close friends about the journey i was about to embark on over the weekend and she told me how loved i am and that I have a very solid support system of people that will be by my side through out the whole process! Thats a bff!!
  4. I suffer from gerd and when it gets so bad i am in tears and cant stand it any longer i mix one tsp of baking soda with about 2 ounces of water and drink it real fast ..down like alka seltzer or a shot and within 20 to 30 minutes i belch and it is gone!!
