  2. I am scheduled to have my surgery on October 2, and I have had to pay for my surgery out of pocket! $13,350! Who has that kind of money laying around?? Blue Cross Blue Shield denied me because my BMI was one point off from meeting the requirements! SWEET! Well, best of luck to you! BTW, I have been battling insurance companies for two years! Wish me luck guys!
  3. Good evening "banders"! I am new to this website, so be patient with me. I am scheduled to have my band surgery on October 2, 2007. I am so nervous! I don't know what to expect. My biggest question is what was the pain level right after surgery? This is the first time I have ever had to go under the knife so, I am a little scared! I have been on my post-op diet going on two weeks now, and ready to DO THIS!! I am ready for my life to change! Just some support or advice would help! HELP! :help:
