  3. @@Ripper so sorry to hear that. I hope all goes well with you. It seems everyone has different issues. It is hard to determine what are the risks and who is vulnerable. Did you struggle in getting enough water?
  4. Is it normal to loose 5 the 1st two days. Then I'm losing 1 lbs everyday. I am worried it's too fast.
  5. I had my surgery on June 18. I had the hardest time trying to do any liquids for two days but I slowly made it to my full 70 grams of protien. Water is tough but my goal is to at least drink 8 oz a day then move up. I just don't want to throw it up. I just been taking it a day at a time. I really don't have pain. I think it's a period cycle pain at this point. i have been using popsicles isopure as well to get more liquids down. Any tips u can share.
