  1. I am self pay and i agree the process def went a lot quicker. My time was just 2 weeks. I do wish that i had been more prepared.I think the consult with the Nutrionist and the Counselor is a good ideal no matter what payment type. I think the Great thing about this site is that although we are all surrounded by people who dont get it. Thank God we have a place to go to where people do. Good luck, i'm just 10 days out and i feel better already!1
  2. ok well after i read the other introdutions i see i didnt do a very good job. From East Texas area. Both my sister are almost 2 years post gastric by pass. I've always been the smallest but that is no more and they look awesome. I have had my weight creep more steadily since i turned the BIG 40 so i decided to take control of this monster and do something about it. My daughter is my cheerleader and my sisters are giving me pointers and encouragement. I have tried everything to lose weight but never really been in control of my eating. I love to exercise but that just gave me permission to eat more. I am so excited to be taking control of this and looking forward to a more active, optimistic lifestyle.
