I have a 3 week Medifast diet before my surgery next week and I have 3times that I have broken down to eat. Cheese & crackers etc should I worry? It is so hard not to eat.

I will be having surgery with Dr. Cobourn in Missisauga Canada November 7th I truly felt confident with him but now see who has slippage and erosion many are his patients. WHat to think? Tracey

Reading your thread I too feel the same........what if........after all this time and effort this too does not work--fear of failure---fear as so many others did not work as did the others.
