  2. I had my lap banded in May and I am still having trouble with food coming up right after I eat. I can chew things for 30 to 40 chews thinking that it is well chewed and then I get done eating and then I suddenly have to throw up. I need help I am throwing up more then I am keeping down. I am still doing shakes and they stay down. Where as when I am drinking to fast it comes up as well. Some one help me please give me feed back as to what has helped you to keep things down. I don't know if I just don't know when I am full or if my band is too full, which I have not gotten a fill in 4 months, so I don't think it is the band it has always been this tough on me. I have asked my doctor and he has done and ultrasound and everything looks good he says so I don't know. I know I have said it once already in this post but please help I want this to be successful not a failure.
  3. If you have tried Syntrax nectar whey Protein Isolate, powder in Fuzzy Navel can you let me know how it tastes and if it is a good Protein Powder or not. Or if that is not a good flavor and you have tried others what is a better flavor. I am trying new protein powders and this one came highly recommended it to me now I am just making sure I have the right recommendation. Thanks!
