  1. I am at six months post op as well and have let myself slide on the rules (eating sweets and French fries and wine!). As a result I have not been losing as much weight. I, like you, can eat anything without getting ill but I still have restriction if I try to eat too much. As far as hunger goes, I would recommend taking Prevacid. I stopped taking it for a month or so and while I don't have heart burn the Prevacid somehow keeps my hunger on check.
  2. I am five months post op and have stalled for the last month. I track my eating using mfp and keep between 800-1000 calories and meet my Protein and Water goals. I do not exercise though. Has this long of a stall this early out from surgery happened to anyone else? How do I kick start my weight loss again? Thanks!
