  2. Hey Becky, I'm right there with you! I'm on the Bariatric Advantage shakes... 150 calories/24 G Protein and am allowed 5 shakes a day. It seems like all I do is make a shake and get it down. It has been very hard, especially around dinner time. I have allowed myself a couple of graham crackers to make it through, and I gotta say, they taste as good as a pizza! Ha. After three days, I've lost 6 pounds and am pleased to see that the sakes and compliance are doing there thing. I have 11 more days. Excited, slightly anxious and ready. Keep up the journey and smile along the way!!! We are in this together. Keep busy and best thoughts forward! CC
  3. Congrats. Hope you are having success. I am waiting for a GS surgery date and the crew at Bryn Mawr have been great!
