  1. Just keep going forward, every week get easier to to drink and eat. Congrats on your weight loss. I stalled for about three weeks but don't worry if your still losing inches. I'm 3 months post op with a total of 75lbs weight loss. This is a great forum, so don't hesitate to ask questions.

  3. I'm 7 weeks post op, things have been great so far. I ate watermelon too fast and threw up twice , should I be concerned?

  7. I know, I went a little overboard at the gym on Monday. For the next 3 days I barley had enough energy to walk.
  8. Great, sounds like your off to a good start as well. I haven't had a lot of energy lately, have you experienced any fatigue?
  9. I got sleeved on 4/29. I'm two weeks post op and have lost a total of 37lbs since starting my pre op diet 3 weeks ago. It's been tough to get protein in. I'm on the purée phase and can barley eat anything.
