  2. Honestly, I just drink water and they growling goes away. I'm told that hunger is a good sign as it means good healing, but not so great because we can't eat yet. Lol
  3. Yes! I am 6 days post op and just experienced this yesterday. Very weird. I also have a lot of left side discomfort (not enough to take the Vicodin, but enough to walk slowly).
  4. I am also a 5/6 bandit (ha!) and today is the first day I feel good. I'm experiencing some discomfort on my far left side that comes and goes. I just assume it is part of it. I have been off pain Meds for 2 days now. Gas pain is the worst. Gasx strips helped me the most, as did walking around very slowly.

  8. I got banded on Tuesday. How are you guys doing?
  9. I was banded on Tuesday, and my left side HURTS. Like, below my breast, more to the left than I ever thought it would. Walking around is uncomfortable, although I am making myself take short walks to try to keep moving the gas around and out as well as keep my bowels from binding up. I had so many people tell me that the surgery was no big deal, but I'm really struggling with the pain! I'm not having any issues drinking my Protein shakes and such, although I have not had a BM since the morning of the surgery. Reassure me?
