  5. Hi all I am new to this forum, my name is Roxy and I am 35 yrs old. I had my band placed on August 23rd Unity Hospital Dr. Johnson and I have lost a total of 30 pounds since April and 17 since surgery. I am a single mom of an amazing 13 yr old boy, he is my life! I have lots of questions about the band and what to expect next. This is short and sweet because I don't know what else to write.
