Hey there everyone was sleeved on the 3rd. Everything is going great I am able to get all my water and protein in. Only took one pain pill today only because I over did it on my walk today. I went for a mile walk and only should have done a half. I hope everyone is having as good of luck as I am.

I had mine the 3rd just waiting to get discharged from the hospital now. I have had the hiccups bad the last two days but other than that everything has been going very well. Pain is under control and just sore at the incision sites. I hope everyone else is doing well.

My surgery is also tomorrow at noon in Boise Idaho. And my surgeon didn't have up a diet plan scheduled for me just not to gain weight.
