  2. Hi folks. I'm new here and this is my very first post. I've researched various bariatric surgeries for over a year and have finally made up my mind to have lapbanding. I go for my initial seminar next month. I'm reading the posts and I've seen the terms "PB'd" and "slimed" a few times. Forgive my ignorance but can someone explain what this stands for? I'll probably feel silly when I hear the explanation. Thank you in advance and BTW, I find all the postings very helpful. Good luck to all!
