  1. Down 24 pounds. Yay. I am able to drink lots of water. Will that stretch my sleeve?
  2. Down 12 pounds. I had the broth in the chick noodle soup at chik fil a. Was yummy
  3. Own 12 pounds!!!! Still on liquids. Any good soups at restaurants? Suggestions. Tried chik fil a yesterday. Was so satisfying. Thx
  4. April 23rd. Sleeved and doing great.
  5. I got nervous the night before. I felt like a had just given up. That I was just fat and lost. I had my surg this past Wednesday. In feel great. Lots of support. I,say be honest about your feelings, wants, and needs. Cry if need too. Ask someone to hold your hand express your weight loss struggles. Reaffirm your future goals.
  6. I Know several people who had some type of weight lose surgery in the past 10 years. So many of them are gaining. Or trying diet fads. Makes me worry for the future. I want to maintain a lifestyle change.
  7. I'm not as concerned with the weight number than I am with getting healthier, but what type of loss should I expect in the next 2 months?
  8. I had the sleeve this past Wednesday. Feel great. Moved on to phase 2. Protein and multivitamin are my hew best friend.
  9. So far so good. Any suggestions?
