  2. Cheer up...this is temporary! Your body had had a MAJOR overhaul and shock. Give it time to recover, a marathon is NOTHING compared to what happened. You will be fine and the energy will return. The 90 grams of protein are right on the money. Enjoy the extra sleep and couch time--you will be roaring and running in no time at all!!
  3. My surgeon (Dr. Scott, My New Self Bariatrics Des Peres Hospital, St. Louis) said that hair reflects nutrition 3 months in the past. So hair loss starting at the 3 month post surgery is on schedule. I am now 7 months post surgery and I have hair starting to regrow. Eat more protein!!!!! Take Biotin (a B vitamin). I bought 2 wigs and several hair pieces. I wear pieces and wear my hair up....beautician advice was to just wait it out for the regrowth. Of all the issues, this is workable and temporary. EAT MORE Protein
