Well let me see where do I begin? I gained a lot of weight when I first came out of Vietnam. And I've been up-and-down with my weight ever sense. I have lost over 1000 pounds in last 30 years or so, but I have gained over 1200 back. I have struggled through every kind of diet imaginable. I even gained weight on weight watchers program. It's been a struggle for me, even to people I live with don't support me on this. They say I took the cheaters way out. But I'm with you show them by losing all the weight I need to lose. By the way I have been kind to heavy all my life, in the Marine Corps I my lowest weight was 200 pounds or I should say 199. But I've always been big my whole life in high school football, high school wrestling and so forth.
